The initial system was designed to manage dispatching for the water hauling business. Later, the system was expanded to other services like Roustabout, Waybill, Over Road the Transportation, and Invoicing.

Dispatch

The solution enables you to track the progress of field jobs in real-time, capturing data on job status, time spent, and equipment used. This data can be used for performance analysis, reporting, and optimizing resource utilization.

Based on historical data, our prediction system can alert you when the tanks will be full load and how many hours are left to reach that stage. It also calculates the truckload capacity in the factor and alerts you. You will know precisely when the water in the tank will reach full truckload but will not overflow and can send your driver to maximize the truck’s load capacity.

Further, our system will show you the available drivers near the well location and their working status based on real-time truck data to optimize the routing system.

Mobile APP

The mobile app empowers field technicians to access job details customer information, and necessary documentation on the go. This app enables technicians to provide faster and more accurate service, capture digital signatures, and submit reports directly from the field.

The app provides a safety checklist—plus a compliance list. It reduces manual error and increases the reliability of work completed.

It runs on a phone and tablet and is integrated with Google Maps to provide directions to the well 0r the SWD site.

Our app works offline and prints on a portable wireless printer.

From the dispatchers’ side, the app transmits live data and lets the dispatcher know the tickets the driver is working on. Based on that information, the dispatcher can assign new tickets and send the relevant information to the driver while he is in the field.

Further it saves time from the manual entering the filed tickets and also reduce manual errors.

Analytics

Team Management

All of our licenses accommodate multiple users. However, you can customize the level of access based on the team members’ functionality. For example, a person who manages water-hauling dispatches may not need access to roustabout data and, therefore, should have his/her access limited to manage only water-hauling functionality. Currently, we have six different types of pre-build roles to choose from. But you can also create a new role that suits your business needs and delete any existing one.
