What does the tech support look like?

If you open a ticket, we get back within 24 business hours.

My Company had its way of working- how the system will fit?

We believe no business operates alike. During the onboarding time, our team members will visit your workplace, get to know your team and train them onsite. We are also open to minor customizations to the program to fit your unique business needs.

What type of data will I be able to see in my report?

A usual dashboard will contain the number of tickets opened in a given period of time, types of tickets, tickets by customers, dispatchers, or drivers.

How many accounts will come per license?

You will have unlimited accounts per license.

What does onboarding look like?

Our onboarding covers two components:

Setting up the System: 

The system runs on data, and that data needs to come from you. However, at the beginning, we work with our clients to populate the list of wells, equipment, services, or drivers.

Training:

  • We provide initial training so that the new team is familiar with the software.
  • Our knowledge base is helpful for reference.
  • Further, for any questions or concern, you can reach us via the Help Desk.

What devices are required to run the mobile app?

Currently, our app runs on Android tablets due to their competitive price point. However, based on the client’s request, we can add the software to the OIS environment.
