What happens if there is SWD name is 'No SWD"?
It means there is no actual SWD associated with the job. However, to complete the ticket, once you finish your job, you have to press the ” Leave for SWD” button, and in the next screen, you will be able to end the job by clicking “End Job’
What is the upload button?
When you complete a ticket, it moves to the upload section of the app, then to the dispatch web. Usually, this transition takes less than a minute with a good internet connection. But with a spotty connection, you will see your ticket stuck on the page with a ‘not uploaded ‘ label. It is a good idea to check the upload section at the end of your shift, and if you see any tickets not uploaded, submit them manually.

How does Geo Fence Work?
The system added a half-mile radius around the wells and SWDs. That means when you drive within that radius, based on your location, the device registers that you are at this well, and similarly, that you are at this SWD. The system will automatically log that
- You have arrived at the well
- You have left the well
- You left the SWD
Once you leaf the SWD, the system will also close the ticket.
What happens when I forget to press my 'shift start' button?
You will still have the option to start your shift when you start your job, but that means you will lose your pre-trip hour. So the best approach will be to edit your start shift time when you submit your hours at the end of the shift.

What is the "Clear All" button at the login page?
If you have trouble logging in, even after entering your username and password multiple times, press the ‘Clear All’ button.
How do I cancel a ticket?
You cannot cancel a ticket. But you can ask a dispatcher to cancel one, providing them with the explanation.
What if there is a connectivity loss? What should I check first?
When you start a ticket, you can complete it even without internet access. However, upon submitting the ticket, a warning should appear.

You will not be able to start the next ticket without internet access. Your completed ticket will be in the upload section. At the end of your shift, it is good practice to check whether you have any tickets stuck in upload.
How do I change the SWD?
You can change the SWD in two stages in the app. First on the review page and 2nd at the end of the job page. If you leave the SWD, your ticket will be automatically closed. If required, please change the SWD before you leave the disposal location.

When should I use the clear cache button?
Clearing the cache cleans your app data. At the beginning of the shift, if your app is frozen, you can press Clear Cache. Also, if there is a change in your ticket and the dispatcher wants you to start over, you can use clear cache to remove your current ticket data. But when you have an open ticket and your app isn’t working, we recommend restarting the app or the tablet.
I can't see any jobs in my job list
Usually, this happens when there is a connectivity issue. Please check the upload – if there is a ticket stuck there, wait till you get a better connection. Then complete the upload, and then hit refresh. You should see your job.
What is my 3 digit login code?
It is a unique code for your tablet. You will see the code in your dashboard. Please memorize it; it will help you log back to the dispatch app way faster.
